Manager Bootcamp is a comprehensive curriculum which contains many of the stand-alone courses offered by Monarch Endeavors.

Having difficult conversations, giving meaningful feedback, resolving conflicts, and documenting are often the most challenging parts of our jobs. This course is designed to make each of these challenging tasks a little bit easier.
This program focuses on the “Why” of DEI so that managers can use these valuable principles to create an environment of belonging that will deliver a Return on Investment (ROI) that drives success for employees – and the business as a whole.
This training is aimed at providing the required skills, knowledge, and tools to conduct investigations into complaints lodged by employees relating to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other issues that tend to arise in the workplace.
